Refund Policy for Website Development Company (WDC)

At Website Development Company (WDC), we strive to provide exceptional services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our refund policy for the various services we offer.

Domain Registration
Payments made for domain registration services are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it is immediately secured and cannot be canceled or altered. The registration process incurs costs that are non-recoverable, and as such, no refunds will be provided for domain purchases, renewals, or transfers.

Web Hosting
Payments made for web hosting services are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are provisioned immediately upon purchase, and specific server resources are allocated based on the hosting plan selected. As such, no refunds will be issued once the service has been activated.

Web Development Services

• Order Placement: A 50% cancellation fee applies after placing an order. This fee covers initial consultations and project planning.
• Design Delivery: An 80% cancellation fee is incurred once the site design is delivered for review, accounting for the design work completed.
• Post-Revision or 7-Day Period: After the first revision is completed or 7 days have passed since the transaction date, the payment becomes non-refundable, reflecting the substantial progress made on the project.

Digital Services and Subscriptions

For all other digital services and recurring subscriptions provided by WDC, once payment is received, it is non-refundable. This policy applies to all service offerings, including but not limited to SEO, maintenance packages, and ongoing subscription services.
